Three years ago, the one and only Taylor Swift delighted us when singing, "August slipped away into a moment in time."
Coincidentally or not, and with an August launch, the three-year criteria is also what the prestigious Inc. Magazine relies on to deliver its well-known 5,000 list.
The renowned publication measures the growth of private companies in three-year periods.
According to this rule, its 2023 edition included the evolution from 2019 to 2022 of the top 5,000 leading companies.
So far, you may think that this is a bunch of things that have nothing to do with each other. You may even state that this is just non-related gibberish written by a melancholic Swiftie with the Eras Tour hangover (I mean, the last part is absolutely true.)
But let me explain my thought process because all of this may make some sense.
Every year, Inc. magazine releases its Inc. 5000 list, which highlights the most rapidly growing private companies in America.
And drums, please… Capicua debuted in the 900th spot on the 2023 Inc 5000 list!
