We are thrilled to announce that we are now part of the Pangea community, which brings together the top software engineering vendors. With our profile in Pangea, we will present our company in the most transparent way possible to our current and future allies.

Being part of a vendor community

Within our values as a company, we believe that validating vendor data is essential to maintain the integrity of an organization’s service. For this reason, we went through the Pangea verification process with the responsibility it deserves.

We toured different topics such as Technology, Culture, Recruitment and HR, Certifications, Business strategy, among others, during the verification process. This verification stage was very useful to us since it never hurts to review our processes and question them to make sure they are the most appropriate.

Undoubtedly, our ISO certifications helped us in this verification stage. Still, we also reinforced the idea that we have many things to improve that we tend to overlook on day to day basis.

Also, this verification process allowed us to get valuable information about our team’s health which is necessary more than ever in the pandemic context.

Shape the future with us.

At Capicua, we like to go where no one has gone before; we always look for better ways to deliver our talent. To achieve that, we strive in two pillars: we focus on people and processes.

More than a company, we are a platform for people to evolve holistically, and this applies both to our collaborators and our partners.  Personal growth is a big part of our philosophy.

We want you to push boundaries and get uncomfortable, as this is where growth happens. It might not be pretty or easy, but we know that it takes time and effort to reach that new level and, once there, to keep pushing forward. Pushing your boundaries is what we expect from every project we encounter.

Our goal is to help you reach your project’s full potential, and to do that we rely on the talent of people but also in processes. Processes are the framework that guides us in project development. Those are not set in stone but provide a guide rail for safety and minimize the risk. Even guided by processes such as the ISO 9001, 270001, and 12207, we maintain our flexibility, and we adapt the process level to the level of maturity and capacity of the project. Our processes help us produce high-quality, solution-driven work.

Neither talent nor the effective implementation of processes can resolve a project on its own. If you rely too much on talent, the project would be as dependent as the talent that runs it; on the other hand, if you rely only on the process, you would end up with a formally correct project but doesn’t have a soul. Striking a balance is the art that we master.
